  • Dates: 10/26/2026 - 01/24/2027 (13 weeks)
  • Shift: Evenings, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal), 4-on/2-off rotation
  • Overtime is available but not guaranteed

Requirements

  • Active Washington CNA license
  • Active on Washington's OBRA registry
  • Experienced CNA; skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
  • Background check and facility health requirements
